Professional Summary
In over a quarter century, Mr. Greenman has been involved with
the creation of more than 10 million square feet of new and redeveloped
office and retail space. The transactions with which he has been
involved include single asset and portfolio transactions involving
office buildings, shopping centers, landmark religious facilities,
residential properties, industrial facilities and warehouses. These
transactions range in size from several million dollars to hundreds of
millions of dollars. They have employed various “ownership” structures
including fee simple, subordinated ground leases, unsubordinated ground
leases, and development rights vehicles. Mr. Greenman also handles
projects for the hospitality industry, including restaurants and hotels,
from inception to the opening of fully licensed premises. He lectures
widely including at the American Bar Association and the International
Council of Shopping Centers. His extensive publications include a
committee report by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York
and contributions to a variety of newsletters.
